Starting with an already finished basement, this project called for creativity to see beyond the existing layout. The original brick fireplace was reimagined with a floor-to-ceiling tile finish, delivering a dramatic visual upgrade. A new egress window introduced natural light while making way for a compliant bedroom/office. The workout space was brought to life with a dynamic accent wall—designed to energize and support an active lifestyle.
